I saw this on another blog and thought it was funny! It is from a Singer Sewing Machine Manual from 1949. I think I will print it and frame it for my sewing room. Can't say I will follow the advice though! Clean Dress...no way. Sink full of dirty dishes... yep. Hair done, powder and lipstick....ah nope. I wonder if Granny did it this way. .....Probably not. :)
